Message from Executive Chairman Message

Shi-Gan Health Foundation came into existence in 2004 (2061 BS) with three main objectives: (i) to provide quality health services, (ii) to produce quality allied health workers, and (iii) to contribute in health research in the country. Health services (general physician, gynecology, pediatrician, ENT, laboratory and ultrasound) are being delivered through polyclinic whereas it is running mid level health workers producing programs affiliated to CTEVT.

Academic Program

1. CMLT (Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology)/ Lab Technician

It is running PCL Health / Medical Laboratory Technology course affiliated to Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) since 2065 BS (2008). The aim of running this program is to produce quality mid-level health workers in the field of laboratory technology at relatively low cost.

Our Research

The Foundation conducts research in different aspects of health and related fields. There is ShiGan Health Foundation Institutional Review Committee (IRC) recognized by Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC) as well.
